Most recently, he served as the CEO of Detroit Medical Center’s Adult Central Campus, a subsidiary of Tenet Health made up of three hospitals. Prior to that, Dubois served as CEO of Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana and was the president of Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Missouri. Dubois also spent seven years serving at healthcare facilities with the United States Navy. He began his career as a recreational therapist.

“Brady’s extensive experience in successfully leading healthcare organizations will be a tremendous asset for Boone Health and the citizens of mid-Missouri,” says Jerry Kennett, M.D., chairperson for the Boone Health Board of Directors. Dubois received his bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University, and his MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria.

Dubois and his wife, Amy, are looking forward to returning to Missouri and are already well acquainted with Columbia, with their son and one daughter currently enrolled at the University of Missouri and their youngest daughter set to begin her freshman year next fall.

“Having worked in healthcare in Missouri, I am fully aware of Boone Health’s reputation for high-quality care,” Dubois said in a news release. “I am excited to join the team and help build upon that incredible foundation.”

Outside of work, the Dubois family enjoys fishing, cooking, and exploring new places and events. They look forward to finding their new church home and becoming active with volunteer opportunities and civic organizations in Columbia.
